At P:31 Luxe Extensions, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please review our policies below before placing your order.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are subject to a processing time of 15-18 business days. P:31 Luxe Extensions currently operates on a preorder system. Orders are accepted Monday through Friday, and all orders are placed with our vendor over the weekend.
Once your order arrives to us, it is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before being shipped out.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout; however, please note that expedited shipping applies to shipping time only and does not affect processing time.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of an error on our end. To request an exchange, you must contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The hair must be unused

The product must remain in its original condition

The hair must be unaltered and intact
All requests are reviewed, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any exchange request.
ORDER ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including shipping address and product selection, are correct before completing checkout.

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major payment methods, including debit/credit cards and Klarna.
Klarna allows customers to split their purchase into manageable payments. Please note that all payment plans are subject to Klarna’s approval and terms.
All payments must be completed before orders are processed.
